 Major Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Able to work with business partners to define needs and requirements, explore new opportunities and conduct feasibility studies.

·        Able to develop vision documents, functional requirements documents, and Use Case documents using.

·        Strong experience in data analysis and functional analysis and able to document process and data flows.

·        Capable of working on a project team and interfaces with the business to define and translate business requests into technology initiatives

·        We take responsibility for investigating and recommending solutions for application defects, and working with the business and Quality Assurance to test application fixes and enhancements. 

·        Capable of working with application developers to create prototypes, test functionality and verifying outputs with the business.

·        Ability to guide the business in the development of test plans and can work with Quality Assurance, database, technical and operational analysts to ensure successful testing, training and deployment.

Education/Experience Requirement:

·        Extensive number of years IT experience.

·        Demonstrated influencing, communication and relationship skills at all levels within the client’s organization.

·        Experience working with customers to gather business requirements and document those requirements in a language that can be understood by both IT and the business.

·        Extensive experience building Use Cases with business partners including documenting process flows, business rules, tasking, notifications and articulating overall functionality needed by the business.

·        Provide an excellent understanding of database concepts and experience using SQL to query, select, filter and sort data.

·        Experience with Rational ClearQuest and Rational Requisite Pro, along with Microsoft Visual SourceSafe.

·        Proven ability to provide services such as gap analysis, functional plan creation, Use Case & Test Case creation, reports design, and testing.

·        Preparation of Use Cases utilizing the Rational Unified Process techniques, and test plans for Q/A level functional testing, regression testing, and implementation phases of the project.
